Just in time....

Through the parting of the hair
over the arching brow
maneuvering around the corner of the eye
straight across the jawline
just tripping off once in those dimples
slightly brushing those lips
down the neck
to the crack where
the neck holds the face
attached to the torso
down from there
so close to that crack
and that is where
your sight stops
your eyes hold themselves there
and return
to catch hold of my eyes
just in time
before that glint passes them
just in time
you catch hold of my eyes
